훌라 개인정보처리방침

훌라(이하 "앱")는 한국 카드 게임 훌라를 제공하는 앱입니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 사용하고, 어떻게 지우는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

• 닉네임 (선택, 사용자가 직접 입력): 게임 화면과 온라인 방에서 다른 플레이어에게 표시되는 이름입니다. 입력하지 않으면 기본 이름("나")이 사용됩니다. 닉네임은 사용자의 폰 안에만 저장됩니다.
• 게임 기록 (폰 안에서만): 승·판·승률, 가상 칩 잔액, 배경음악·정렬 설정이 사용자의 폰 안에만 저장됩니다.
• 온라인 방을 쓸 때만 생기는 정보: 온라인 방을 만들거나 들어갈 때, Firebase Anonymous Auth가 이메일이나 비밀번호 없이 익명 식별자(UID)를 발급합니다. 이 식별자는 실명과 연결되지 않습니다. 방 코드, 차례, 등록, 버림패, 칩 변동 등 게임 진행에 필요한 정보가 Firebase Realtime Database를 통해 방 참가자끼리 공유됩니다. 각 손패는 본인만 볼 수 있도록 보호됩니다. 참가자가 보내는 행동은 카드 코드만 전송됩니다.

2. 수집하지 않는 정보

위치, 연락처, 사진, 카메라·마이크, 생년월일, 이메일, 전화번호, 기기 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다. 광고나 분석을 위한 외부 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.

3. 사용 목적

게임 진행, 온라인 방 참가자 구분, 게임 내 표시 외의 목적으로 정보를 사용하지 않습니다. 광고나 제3자 분석에 정보를 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 보관과 삭제

• 닉네임과 게임 기록은 사용자의 폰 안에만 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 폰 안의 정보가 삭제됩니다.
• 온라인 방 정보는 방이 끝나면 더 이상 유지되지 않습니다. 방이 끝난 뒤에는 그 방의 게임판과 손패가 남지 않습니다.
• 익명 식별자는 온라인 방을 쓰는 동안만 필요합니다. 앱 데이터를 지우면 폰 안에 저장된 온라인 설정도 지워집니다.

5. 실제 돈

앱은 실제 돈을 사용하지 않습니다. 칩은 게임 안에서만 쓰는 가상 칩이며, 현금으로 바꾸거나 충전할 수 없습니다. 인앱 결제와 광고가 없습니다.

6. 어린이

앱은 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않으며, 계정을 만들지 않습니다. 어린이가 닉네임을 직접 입력하는 경우에도, 그 닉네임 외의 개인 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자가 닉네임 삭제를 원하면 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 됩니다.

Hoola Privacy Policy

Hoola (the "App") is a Korean card game app. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is deleted.

1. Information collected

• Nickname (optional, typed by the user): the name shown in the game and in online rooms. If you leave it blank, the default name ("Me") is used. The nickname is stored only on your phone.
• Game record (on the phone only): wins, games played, win rate, virtual chip balance, and background music and sorting settings are stored only on your phone.
• Online rooms only: when you create or join an online room, Firebase Anonymous Auth issues an anonymous identifier (UID) without an email or password. It is not linked to your real name. Room code, turn order, melds, discards, and chip changes needed to run the game are shared among room members through Firebase Realtime Database. Each hand is protected so only its owner can read it. Player actions send card codes only.

2. Information NOT collected

The App does not collect location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, date of birth, email, phone number, or advertising identifiers. It uses no advertising or analytics tools.

3. How information is used

Information is used only to run the game, tell online room seats apart, and display names in the game. It is not provided for advertising or third-party analytics.

4. Retention and deletion

• Nicknames and game records stay only on your phone. Deleting the App deletes the information on your phone.
• Online room information is no longer kept once the room ends. The board and hands of a finished room do not remain.
• The anonymous identifier is needed only while using online rooms. Clearing the App's data also clears the online settings stored on your phone.

5. Real money

The App does not use real money. Chips are virtual, in-game only, and cannot be cashed out or purchased. There are no in-app purchases and no ads.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children and does not create accounts. Even if a child types a nickname, no personal information beyond that nickname is collected. A guardian can delete the nickname by deleting the App or clearing its data.
